Kolkata: City-based newlyweds named Gogol Saha and Subarna Das caught the internet s attention as their unique wedding menu went viral on social media. It was inspired and designed like our very own Aadhaar card.
The couple resides in the Rajarhat area of the city. Subarna Das is a healthcare professional whereas Gogol Saha happens to be a sales and marketing employee.
Initially posted on Facebook, the wedding menu became a hit online as it was shared on various social media platforms. Taking the same template as the normal Aadhaar card, the menu contained starters such as Chicken Lollypop, Crispy Baby corn, Coffee, etc, followed by main course dishes that traditional Bengali dishes such as Mutton Kasha, Rasogolla, Sandesh, and the like.
