Constitution. I want to just recap that quickly tonight as we start. As i tried to communicate last week, the drafting of our constitution, the history of its formation, is extraordinary to say the least. It is a remarkable moment in all of world history. We are here at 233 years later and our constitution is in the news daily, being referred to as we almost speak here tonight, again and again. In reference to one particular aspect of the constitution, but again, it is alive and well. To think about the fact this came together from a period of midmay until midseptember of 1787 is remarkable. We recall from last week that we said the revolutionary war, and a lot of folks are not clear on the sequencing. It is important to know that conflict began with lexington and concord and massachusetts in 1774. These very independent colonies, british colonies that operated with their own governments and their own leadership and so forth, suddenly had to come together and form a military alliance.

But one of them is that when she was captured and then to be informed by the military that his wife was a prisoner of war the first two words were poor germans. [laughter] and it is a character study for me. And that is the philosophy that goes up to tragedy so looking at the background and then to lead up to the service of world war ii and capture. Atlantic city. Chopper 6 hd was over the location a short time ago and the arrest is part of a joint effort by the new Jersey State Police Fugitive Task force and u. S. Marshals office and others. We should hear more details at the News Conference scheduled for later this afternoon. We know that 18yearold Michael Huggins was recaptured but dont know the details of his escape. He was allegedly one of four reads at the harbors field Youth Detention Center in edge harbor city that overpowered a guard and stole keys and stole a car. They did not say if the ambush was in a secure or unsecure area of the facility that was housing eight residents at the time and it show a stolen car sideswiping a jeep and the car was abandoned a few block as way three of the escapees were found 30 miles away in bridgeton. But huggins eluded what became a large scale manhunt that prompted the lock down of area schools. So yesterday intense focus in Cumberland County and bring ton. The three escapees were found

What we had working for us however is thankfully not too much of a twitch have to worry about but that said, the temperature really took a hit since yesterday and even despite bright sunshine it really isnt going to feel much warmer than, say, 10 degrees or so below average. Now looking at storm scan that is clear. It will stay that way throughout the day and even into tomorrow. That said, when you look at the temperature difference, yeah, its chilly outside with your deficit from this same time yesterday, almost as much as 20 degrees, so it is chilly out here and worthy of the heavier layers so winter companies, the scarf, the gloves and i took a little walk to get coffee earlier this morning and a lot of people had all of those extra layers plus the hat.
