Jul 19, 2021 Laddie Bryson Gillett The postmortem examination conducted on Laddie Bryson Gillett who was killed in Placencia on July fourteenth has determined the cause of death to be hypervolemic shock, internal exsanguinations due to a single gun wound to the chest. Laddie’s death has therefore been ruled as a homicide. One doctor clarified with a media house that for autopsy purposes, the chest is considered the entire thorax, including the anterior, posterior, and lateral chest. Those results were released just before news time. But on Sunday night, family, friends and sympathizers gathered in Belize City to ask that charges be upgraded and send home the message: they want justice for Laddie. Jul 16, 2021 Laddie Gillett The biological uncle of fourteen-year-old Laddie Gillett, Henry “Pulu Musa” Gillett says the family is beside themselves over the manslaughter charge that has been filed against his accused killer, Police Corporal, Kareem Martinez. Gillett explained that his sister, Linda Gillett gave up Laddie soon after birth because she was in distress over other issues but that she did so with an agreement that she would be allowed to visit with him. However, her visitations came to an abrupt end when Laddie was four years old. Linda was told that the child had moved to the U.S. with his adopted parents. Henry Gillett said that when the Pinks Alley family got the news early Wednesday morning that Laddie had been shot and killed, they were in disbelief, and the way it happened was even worse. ....
