A coalition of supporters of the presidential candidate of Labour Party (LP) Peter Obi and his running mate, Yusuf Ahmed Datti has dissociated itself from campaign posters in circulation with the pictures of the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar and their candidate Peter Obi as presidential and vice presidential candidates in the 2023 general elections. The coalition said that its candidate had not formed any political alliance with anyone.
While the former governor of Anambra State is enjoying an upswing in popularity among young voters in Southern Nigeria, his acceptance in the conservative northern region has been slow.
