Weve also made concurrently other improvements on the eastwest street intersecting sixth street and those include lowering the speed limits on howard, folsom, harrison and bryant within the same time frame from 30 to 25 miles an hour. So, its been a year. We did the evaluation and we found that the change is working with minimal impacts. We not only looked at sixth street, but also fifth and seventh as a corridor and the traffic did not shift significantly or change significantly on those streets. So, based on that, we recommend that it be approved and made permanent and we presented the results to city planning and they gave it a categorical exemption now for this particular proposal. Derivative and a turn arena were moving in the right direction the open space. Including the fact were proposing in the area that will be fully landscaped and assessable to the neighbors. Every step that has been taken in regards to preserving the space has been done tastefully. Hes been working on this for reinforces and made nightmares improvements in regards to preserving this green space. I urge you to look at the merits of the design. Dpw has approved the design. They went through the Structural Analysis and the architecture merits and approved that. We went through a hearing and have agencies that reviewed those things we went through all the steps.
