RIVER FALLS – Scott Morrissette and Jeff Bork were elected to the City Council in River Falls. Michael Metro and Benjamin Blanchard finished the race in third and fourth respectively.
At 9:08pm the city of River Falls posted their spring election results. In the city, there were three different races; city council, school board and board of supervisors.
