Aggrieved students of the School for the Blind at Akropong in the Eastern Region have called for the removal of their headmistress, Mahela Narh.
The students, who embarked on a demonstration accused Ms Narh of mismanagement, misappropriating funds and selling foods donated to the school by philanthropists.
They also accused her of gross disrespect.
Additionally, the students say she serves them poor meals.
The Students Representative Council (SRC) and Progressive Old Students Association of Akropong School for the Blind have, therefore, presented a joint petition to the Ghana Education Service and demanding the removal of the headmistress.

The Keta Municipal Assembly in the Volta Region has kicked out nine of its office holders over their alleged involvement in some financial misappropriations.
The officers according to the assembly, have caused financial loss to the Municipality and must vacant their post with immediate effect for investigations to begin.
Mr Amos Ametsime, the Presiding Member in his pronouncements during the Assembly s meeting on Wednesday, April 28, disclosed that the nine office holders have either connived or have been negligent in drawing back the activities of the assembly.
