Article content With the parking meters purchased and ready to install when the weather permits, according to Mayor John Grace, the only thing left is to approve parking fine rates and fees. At a May 2020 meeting, Goderich council approved the purchase of MacKay Parking Meters for the waterfront. For several months since then, municipal staff have been working on an implementation strategy with regards to parking fees, violation fines, and enforcement of paid parking at the waterfront.
