He personally funded an opposition effort. He personally put up 70 of the money it cost to get that law up for a referendum. It would have bn become law in january of this year but it didnt. Instead it will be on the ballot this november because this one guy paid for the services of all of the paid signature gatherers that it took in order to get that law delayed by getting it put on the ballot.
