政务服务“总客服”“粤省心”上线

羊城晚报全媒体记者沈钊报道：拨打12345热线是否时常需要等待？便民热线号码是否太多记不住？诉求反馈是否需要多头找？6月28日，“粤省心”政务服务便民热线平台正式上线，群众身边的这些问题将得到有效解决。
与此前的12345渠道相比，“粤省心”能够实现“多业务一号受理”。这意味着，全省除110、119、120、122等紧急热线外，政务服务便民热线实现12345一个号码对外服务，并提供全天候、多媒体的服务，解决热线号码多，群众记不住，办事多头找的问题。同时，“粤省心”通过省、市、县、镇、村五级协同联动，打通各部门诉求处置。平台还将加强民生诉求分析研判，辅助政府指挥决策。
