Increased Anxiety and Depression Among Youth

MURFREESBORO, TN - Anxiety and depression continue to be a cause for concern among youth and young adults. Dr. Robin Lee, director of the MTSU Center for Counseling and Psychological Services, said that social media has a major impact on the mental well-being of youth. At times, teens may not understand what they read or see and don't know where to turn for answers.
