A mother who became an anti-knife campaigner following her son s senseless murder has suffered another tragedy after her 18-year-old nephew was stabbed to death. 
Caroline Shearer, 55, founded the charity Only Cowards Carry after her 17-year-old son Jay Whiston was murdered at a house party in 2012. 
Jay was stabbed in the heart at the party in Colchester after trying to defend a friend during a heated confrontation. 
But now she is grieving again after her nephew Luke Bellfield, 18, died from a single stab wound to the heart. 
The promising young boxer was knifed in an alleyway in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex, on Friday and later died in hospital.  ....
