It’s the sweetest thing : Pupils wow hospital staff with Valentine s Day surprise Primary school children have ensured hard-working hospital staff will feel the love this Valentine s Day. Royal Alexandra Hospital (RAH) workers were blown away after 55 Valentine s cards were delivered over the past week. Wallace Primary School pupils demonstrated their kindness with messages including “You are a star!”, “Thank you for protecting us” and “You’re making a difference”. Children really are wonderful at reminding us what is important,” said RAH general manager Victoria Cox. She added: “We were just blown away by the cards – there was a lovely letter attached explaining the children wanted to use St Valentine’s Day to ‘spread the love’ and let hospital staff know how much they are appreciated.
