caller: an outsider and they re starting to view me as not an outsider because i m leading in the polls not just yours. i think they ve been nice over the last few days. they re starting to see what is happening. there s a movement going on. this is more than me. it s a movement going on. people are tired of the incompetent politicians in washington that can t get anything done. they can t make deals. they can t do anything. so he says there s a movement behind him. certainly he s appealing to a certain segment of the republican base, but even though he s appealing to those republicans, his popularity with that group does not extend to the general broader electorate. if you look at the numbers for his unfavorable ratings. they re among the highest of any people we polled. 80% of democrats had an unfavorable view. 53% of independents. there you have 42% of republicans. you average all that together and it gets do you 59%. that s very very high. so it doesn t bode well for any ....
