democracy. we need to not be able to rely on someone standing up to the president and saying no. that s a good thing. but it s not enough. we need a president who will not make those pressure points to make our elections unfair. because we won t have anybody standing up next time. all of the incentives here michael are to wait for trump to come back and wipe it away. wipe the january 6th committee away. wipe the crimes away. we have the head of the oath keepers. he ll take the fifth. there is no incentive at this point to cooperate with investigating this crime against the country because essentially, he s telegraphing trump that i can wipe it away, just put me back in power which is an incentive to cooperate with them. not with justice. yeah, this whole process has been about how maga world is incentivize to turn out and keep their mouth shot and how they re
solely self interested where as soon as you say something negative about him, it s not favorable you are vilified. and if you keep your mouth shot in the classic sort of a marta way in the mob you are praised. the calamari lawyer, intentionally or not, seems to have left an implication that others will be indicted. he said my clients won t be indicted notwithstanding who else might be indicted. so he seems to be strongly suggesting that there will be indictments of people possibly this week. yes i mean that s with the press reports are. it s fascinating now being on this side. i spent two years where the press is speculating on with the special counsel investigation had and whether we had the goods and on who. and we re doing the same thing now with respect to manhattan.
the last 10 minutes and i can can tell you overwhelmingly, some are independent or democrats, but plenty of folks who vote for republicans and certainly did what george w. bush was in office. i talked to a late a few minutes ago and said what do do you for a living and she said i play all day. i thought that was a telling answer and i asked her view of president trump and she said he can t keep his mouth shot. they are flooding to the polls to stand here for the last few minutes. there is a steady stream midday. i want to you jump in. when you talk to voters, is this an alabama senate race between doug jones and roy moore and they are trying to nationalize it or are they processing whether it s the 52-52 senate majority and whether it s roy moore with mitch mcconnell or the potential implication? how do voters process this? i think it depends where you
