On Tuesday, June 18, at 6:00 p.m., The Johnny Appleseed Metropolitan Park District will lead an evening hike at Motter Metro Park, 10740 Columbus Grove Rd., Bluffton.
There was enough snow on January 7 to transform Bluffton's Motter Metro Park from a study in beige to a wonderland of white. Should the area ever get enough snow for snow sports, signs remind visitors that snowmobiles are not allowed in the park.
The Board of Commissioners of the Johnny Appleseed Metropolitan Park District will hold their monthly Board meeting, at 10:00 a.m. on Tues., Dec. 19, 2023 at at the Park Conference Room. The district's 20 parks and facilities include the Motter Metro Park in Bluffton. The Park District Office is located at 1682 Slabtown Rd., Lima, OH 45801.
