A construction company plans to turn a longtime vacant Harrisburg building and nine vacant lots into a 12-unit apartment building.
Philadelphia-based Radon Construction plans to convert the industrial warehouse building that once housed Central Publishing House and Church of God Central Publishing House at 100 N. 13th St., and the vacant lots at 112 N. 13th Street and 109-119½ Linden Street into an apartment building.
