Was bracing himself. i think he knew that it was going to be a guilty verdict. i think when it came, it kind of hit him. the gravity of the moment. and it was just nothing like i have ever seen. you know, molly, there has been a lot of discussion about the gag order and legal discussion on whether his continued violation of the gag order will actually hurt him at the sentencing because it is defiance of the order and part of that includes a key motive component for punishing you and a deterrent to prevent you from reoffending as a defendant actually discourage others from violating the law. in this instance though, we talked a lot about the fact that trump was silenced appropriately so because of this gag order and yesterday we saw him go out into this crazy presser where he did not take any questions, which was such a tease. right? you want to bring media into talk about this but you do not ....

Else? every one of those explanations doesn t justify the illegality and the of him taking that information. so, this is the piece that has yet to be filled in, the motive that he had for taking and keeping this information even after he was instructed to return. it and andrew, some of the crimes being investigated here do not seem to require or contain a motive component. there are certain things that are simply illegal to possess. and it doesn t matter what your motivation is for possessing them. these documents, some of them, seemed to fall in that category. absolutely. motive is not something that the justice department would be required to prove. and very often, you don t know the motive, whether, as ben said, it is to monetize, for power, or some other reason. and it could be a whole range of reasons, because there are a whole range of documents. it is also not require that the ....
