YORK, Pa., Jan. 27, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) Codorus Valley Bancorp, Inc. (Codorus Valley, or the Corporation) (NASDAQ: CVLY), parent company of PeoplesBank, A Codorus Valley Company (PeoplesBank), collectively referred to as the Company, today announced net income of $4.8 million or $0.49 per share basic and $0.48 per share diluted, for the quarter ended December 31, 2020, as compared to net income of $4.5 million or $0.46 per share basic and diluted, for the quarter ended December 31, 2019. For the year ended December 31, 2020, net income was $8.4 million or $0.86 per share basic and diluted, compared to $18.6 million or $1.89 per share basic and $1.88 per share diluted, for the year ended December 31, 2019.
