Moscow's trade with Vietnam rises 36 percent last year

Alexander Prokhorov, Director of the Moscow Department for Investment and Industrial Policy, pointed out that 93.3 percent of Moscow’s exports to Vietnam is manufactured products, worth 497.76 million USD last year. In the first nine months of 2020, Moscow’s exports of lighting equipment increased 6.3 percent to $40.24 million. In the same period last year, this figure was $37.85 million, according to Deputy Moscow Mayor for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Vladimir Yefimov.
“Today lighting equipment is exported to 78 countries, with Western, Eastern and former Soviet countries being key buyers. For example, Moscow-made lighting equipment sent to Belarus is valued at $12.46 million in sales, Kazakhstan $10.82 million, Ireland $2.46 million, Germany $2.06 million and Korea $1.69 million,” Vladimir Yemifov noted. ....
