LIBERIA: GLA Partners Launch “Forest for a Just Future” Project in Liberia LIBERIA: GLA Partners Launch “Forest for a Just Future” Project in Liberia Liberia’s implementing partners of the Green Livelihood Alliance (GLA) program – funded by the Netherlands’ government will on Tuesday April 6, 2021 launch the second phrase (GLA 2:0) titled “Forest for a Just Future” with support from international partners; writes Moses R. Quollin The five years project, “Forest for a Just Future” overall goal is to ensure that tropical forests and forest landscapes are sustainable and inclusively governed to mitigate and adapt to climate change, fulfill human rights and safeguard local livelihoods in Liberia and other parts around the world.

Liberian Journalist to Lead Global Environmental & Climate Conservation Initiative Liberian Journalist to Lead Global Environmental & Climate Conservation Initiative Bauchi State –  Development Journalist and Environmental Justice Advocate of Liberia, Moses R. Quollin is appointed as national director of the Global Environmental and Climate Conservation Initiative (Global ECC Initiative) in Liberia. As National Director for Liberia, he is expected to voluntarily help to promote peace and advance youthful activities including environmentally friendly actions in either his own country or other countries around the globe – where possible. He will also help people to lead healthier and safer lives and communities to be able to better address present and future challenges.
