Emirates News Agency - Morocco reports 508 new COVID-19 cases over past 24 hours

RABAT, 18th February, 2022 (WAM) Morocco confirmed 508 new COVID-19 cases over the past 24 hours, the Moroccan Ministry of Health and Social Protection said Friday, adding that 1,333 COVID-19 patients have recovered over the same period of time.

The number of COVID-19 cases reported since the start of the outbreak of the virus rises to 1,158,145 while recoveries increase to 1,132,920, i.e. a recovery rate of 97.7 percent, according to the Morocco Press Agency (Maghreb Arabe presse).

As for coronavirus-related fatalities, they rose. ....
