In some incidents we had people remove the keys of trucks and park them on major intersections to disrupt the traffic flow, says the police’s Jay Naicker. Police responded in most of these incidents - in Empangeni, for example, 19 people were arrested for blocking roads and throwing stones at motorists.” ....
