Virtual cafe Cuppa Of Life has teamed up with social enterprise Mood for a new conversation and learning series created in response to the rise in mental health concerns in Australia.
‘Boost your mood with our mood experts’ is a virtual series designed to boost the mood of companies and their teams across Australia.
In each 60 second session, one of twenty experts including Sarah Wilson, Dr Katrina Warren, Kerri Pottharst and Commando Steve, will share crucial lessons on how mood affects every aspect of life and work.
