After a trying year for many during the pandemic, members of the Kansas Wesleyan University family celebrated graduates at a commencement ceremony Saturday.
Everyone in attendance at Tony s Pizza Events Center had a feeling of relief that this time had finally come.
We re here, we ve made it, we re in person, just like we have been all year, said KWU President Matt Thompson.
Thompson quoted Vice President Kamala Harris about being the solution daily and a warrior in future battles.
