From Staff Reports Four people from New Jersey were arrested on drug charges following a pursuit by Montoursville State Police Jan. 20. Arrested were Kevin Echevarria, 25, Fredeswinda Echevarria, 24, and Shayna Castellano, 20, all of Camden, and Jesus Izquierdo, 30, of Woolrich. Police reported they were conducting a traffic stop of the vehicle and proceeding with a consent search when the vehicle sped away. During the pursuit, suspected cocaine was thrown from the vehicle on three separate occasions, according to police. The pursuit ended after the vehicle was stopped by spike strips. All four occupants of the vehicle were taken into custody and committed to the Lycoming County Prison for possession with intent to deliver and related charges. ....
