Publicly named and arrested a suspect in the kidnapping, rape, and murder of a 14year old girl who had her whole life ahead of her. . Shortly before 5 pm this afternoon, Antioch Police made an arrest for the june 1980 abduction, rape, and murder of the 14yearold.
