One of the changes allows them to create a special resort district for the 8000 acre project. It s creating a mechanism that allows the board to do that t starting soon enough. We have the dix house and so forth that are still standing. Is the work going to start on that in the near future . The redevelopment will restore the historic dix house and renovate the exisiting 18hole golf course. But the project will also break new ground creating a balsams lake village including a spa and Conference Center around Lake Gloriette and expand the balsams wilderness ski area to 2200 if we re able to expand it in the way that we want, it would become the largest ski area in the northeast.
