The Tender Bar is a reunion for Affleck and Clooney, who worked together as producers on “Argo,” which won the Oscar for best picture in 2013. Filming for “The Tender Bar” started in February and is expected to last through mid-April. Coronavirus can’t stop Tom Rush. The longtime folk musician recently celebrated his 80th birthday after surviving a scary bout with COVID-19 and an unexpected health after-effect. Now, Rush is back to doing what he loves and playing music for his fans every Sunday morning as part of his new “Rockport Sunday(s)” video show on the Patreon subscription service. “I’m on the other side of it and everything is good,” Rush says about his battle with coronavirus. “I’m having a good time. This ‘Rockport Sunday’ thing has been a lot of fun.” In recent years, Rush has played at TCAN, The Center for Arts in Natick, the Cary Memorial Building in Lexington, and Payomet Performing Arts Center in North Truro and for two or three consecutive nights each year at Cotuit Center for the Arts, and elsewhere in the Bay State. What would have been his 2020 shows have been tentatively rescheduled to this year on April 23 at the Cary in Lexington; May 28 at the Narrows ....
