Northbrook-based M. Holland Co., an international distributor of thermoplastic resins and ancillary materials, announced the restructuring of its leadership team to support growth and the next phase of its evolution. This includes the promotion of Marc Fern to president and chief operating officer; Monica Christler to executive vice president, commercial; and Michael Foldvary to vice president, distribution.
Marc Fern has been named president and chief operating officer of Northbrook, Ill.-based M. Holland. Ed Holland previously served as president and will retain his roles as CEO and chairman of the firm's board of directors.
