　　随着快递业务的高速发展，快递企业及从业人员不断增长，但受快递员流动性大、工作节奏快、业余时间少等因素限制，快递员工会组织如何建立、工会活动如何开展，一直受到社会各界关注。
　　近日，内蒙古自治区总工会和内蒙古自治区邮政管理局联合印发了《关于加快组建快递行业工会组织的通知》（以下简称“《通知》”）。《通知》的印发，破解了快递行业建会的难题和壁垒，为内蒙古自治区快递行业建会提供了重要政策支撑。这次，自治区总工会与邮政管理局联合开展组建工会、发展和服务会员工作，作为2021年全区邮政快递业贴近民生的七件实事之一、自治区总工会为职工办实事计划的重要内容，必将推动这些问题有序解决，不断增强快递从业人员的获得感和幸福感。
