Janssen (
pictured), who replaced Hans-Dieter Kettwig on 1 December, told the company’s latest Windblatt magazine the focus of the plan is “stabilising” the company and restoring the loss-making manufacturer to profitability.
He said staff must work “even more diligently on implementing the necessary changes” to turnaround the Aurich-based outfit.
“Greater speed of implementation and the effective optimisation of our processes, these are the things we must strive for,” he said.
“In addition, we need to take greater account of the developments on the market. We need to respond to market changes more quickly than we have in the past.”
Janssen added a “greater emphasis” will be placed on operations, cost of energy optimisation and working capital, as well as a focus on international business to become “competitive and crisis-proof”. ....
