Ahead of South Carolinas democratic president ial primary, former Vice President joe biden received the endorsement of congressman jim clyburn, the third highest ranking democrat in the house of representatives. There are 54 delegates at stake in South Carolina. Recent polls shows the former Vice President has the lead over his primary opponents. Let me thank all of you for joining us here this morning. The stop abuse act. We may call upon you to help us and that challenge. I also see one of the key significant components is limiting the stigmatism. Lifee gone to this and my because i have a Family Member who has a Mental Illness. The stigmatism that is still associated with Mental Illness is just as bad as substance abuse. It is something that we have to continue to inform and make people aware that this is a disease and that says something we can attack and that we can help. I also, and a hope that this year we can pass the stop abuse act. Therell several components of the act that i think would dramatically and immediately help those who are looking for a way to assist themselves or their Family Members and a way out and the deep dive that they are in. We also do have to inform those in our districts and around the nation of how pervasive this epidemic is.
