MOKOKCHUNG Advisor of CAWD and Taxes, Kudecho Khamo, inaugurated a GA rest house in Mokokchung on Friday. He was accompanied by advisor of Transport and Technical, Temjenmemba, and advisor of Minority Affairs, Imkongmeren. Speaking at the inaugural programme, Khamo stated that the rest house would not only cater services to the government machineries but also facilitate people who are in need particularly those coming from outside the district. Khamo also acknowledged the contractor for the quality workmanship and the CAWD executive engineer and his team for taking all the initiative in bringing funds and completion of the project. The advisor also highlighted about the chief minister’s keen interest in CAWD and Taxes departments to create assets and build up buildings for the smooth functioning of government machineries besides initiating programmes for the youths.
