Roger Gamilus changed his plea and pleaded guilty before Sessions Court Judge Ummu Khaltom Abdul Samad, to the charge against him during the continuation of his trial. He committed the offence by touching the minor’s private part at 9pm on July 26, 2019 in a house in a village in Kundasang, Ranau.
