Muscat: A new way for people with diabetes to cure themselves of their condition, new energy-saving ways to cool homes in hot countries like Oman, and better methods to generate renewable energy are among the 12 projects to have been awarded at this year’s National Research Awards.
The awards honour research done by those who come up with ideas across a number of fields, including healthcare, transportation, energy, the environment, computing, and many others, which benefit the lives of society.
