Jane Loeber of Moberly was the grand prize winner of $1,000 from the Moberly Area Chamber of Commerce s “Shop Local and Win” Christmas holiday contest held Nov. 6 through Dec. 8.
Residents could bring sales receipts of items purchased at any Moberly business to the Chamber Office, United Credit Union, First State Community Bank or County Bank during this timeframe. Receipts also were received online. Any receipt for $10 or more from any Moberly business was entered into the contest.
Co-sponsors of this $2,250 giveaway event were First State Community Bank, Regional Missouri Bank, Central Bank of Moberly, Commerce Bank, County Bank and United Credit Union. ....
