Area students learn from two prominent book authors

Moberly area students had an opportunity of a lifetime as they were able to meet two award winning authors during a special presentation co-sponsored by Little Dixie Regional Libraries held Thursday, April 15 at Moberly s 4th Street Theatre.
Both Watt Key, author of Alabama Moon and Deep Water, and Dusti Bowling, author of 24 Hours in Nowhere and Canyon s Edge, were keynote speakers who answered questions as they visited with approximately 300 students from five schools.
These award winning authors were requested by students. Both have been nominated for Missouri writing awards and write for juveniles. ....
