MOLEPOLOLE: Home to Bakwena, Molepolole came to a standstill on Saturday as multitudes of mourners thronged the village to bid farewell to the 45 believers of faith who perished in a horrific accident in South Africa on the Easter holidays.
MOLEPOLOLE: Messages of hope and support poured in for the families of the 45 pilgrims who died in Limpopo, South Africa (SA) during a mass burial of the St.Engenas Zion Christian Church bus crash victims.
Limpopo Health MEC Dr Phophi Ramathuba, Botswana high commissioner Dr Sanji Monageng and social development MEC Nandi Ndalana on Tuesday led the repatriation process of the remains of 45 Botswana citizens at the Polokwane International Airport.
Last month, 45 people on an Easter pilgrimage were tragically killed when a bus transporting them from Botswana to Moria, South Africa, crashed in Limpopo. The bodies of 42 of the victims have now been identified.
