震災復興脱税、鹿島元部長を在宅起訴へ　下請け利用か

東日本大震災の復興事業に絡み、下請け業者からの受注の謝礼金など億単位の個人所得を税務申告しなかったとして、仙台地検は28日、所得税法違反罪で大手ゼネコン鹿島東北支店（仙台市）の宮本卓郎元営業部長（54）を近く在宅起訴する方針を固めた。捜査関係者への取材で分かった。関係者によると、元部長は受領を認めており、下請けを利用して裏金を捻出。受領した金は現金で保管したり、車の購入費や遊興費に充てたりしていたという。仙台国税局は25日、元部長を仙台地検に告発。告発容疑は、福島県富岡町の建物解体を請け負う共同企業体（JV）所長もしていた2017～18年、下請けから受け取るなどした個人所得約2億2千万円を申告せず、所得税約8300万円を免れた疑い。鹿島は問題発覚後の昨年12月、元部長を懲戒解雇し、�
