You hear somebody running behind him, he turns around and see as guy with a gun in his hand pointed at him and said give me all you got. Reporter Upper Darby Police say the 65yearold man was walking down a path in a wooded area of Cobbs Creek Park when he and the suspect started to struggle. What that straws inspect didnt know his target was armed with a 38 caliber smith and wesson and a permit to carry. There was a struggle and he saw he was losing the struggle. So as he started to lose the struggle he pulled his gun out and shot the bad guy in the head. Reporter the man ran to the street and immediately called police.
