A man. Linn county attorney Jerry Vander Sanden says it would be in the publics best interest to allow a grand jury to decide if the case warrants any criminal charges. Around one am on november first Cedar Rapids Police officer lucas jones pulled over Jerime Mitchell on a routine traffic stop.
