确保三孩生育政策落地见效国家卫健委提出六大重点任务
记者在国家卫健委官网看到，国家卫生健康委关于贯彻落实《中共中央　国务院关于优化生育政策促进人口长期均衡发展的决定》的通知提出六方面重点任务，包括依法实施三孩生育政策、提高优生优育服务水平、促进普惠托育服务发展、保障计划生育家庭权益、持续深化服务管理改革、加强人口监测和战略研究。
通知要求，及时提请省级人大或其常委会修订本省（区、市）人口与计划生育条例，重点对生育调节、奖励与社会保障、普惠托育服务、计划生育服务和法律责任等相关内容进行修订；取消社会抚养费，清理和废止相关处罚规定，将入户、入学、入职等与个人生育情况全面脱钩。
