Bishop William Justice is a native of massachusetts but has been a northern californian since his family moved west in 1946 when he was four years. Bishop justice graduated from st. Gregory Elementary School and serra high schoo san mateo and later from st. Patrick semi in menlo park. He was ordained to the priesthood in 1968 and served as a young priest in number of San Francisco and san mateo couy parishes. Since then Bishop Justice h been pastor of st.
