Amber julie, the deadly hit and run is definitely top of mind for the people who live and work in the area. They tell me theyre upset with the total disregard for human life. They want justice for the victim. Where my car is parked. Thats where lupe was standing, don prior tells me her friend lupe was killed along east Oaklands International boulevard in a hit and run crash. Neighbors say shes been in the area for years, living on the streets. Prior says she last saw lupelf n in front of chapala market. She was asking for food. See, this is where lupe would rest.
