COLORADO SPRINGS â COSILoveYou has organized a partnership between six local churches and Mission Catering in order to provide free family-sized meals to UC Health Staff over the course of eight weeks.
Over the course of 8 weeks, COSILoveYou will provide 1,600 takeaway meals, feeding up to 6,400 people, with $24,000 injected into the local economy through contracting with Mission Catering.

These takeaway meals provide an additional way for churches partnered with COSILoveYou to meet the needs of the community.
The meals are intended to provide a bit of relief to UC Health employees while also providing much needed revenue to Mission Catering, which is labeled as a social enterprise of the Springs Rescue Mission. ....
