A shopping addict from Queensland who racked up $50,000 worth of debt across 10 credit cards wiped the slate clean by renting out just one designer dress online.
Brittany McQuade, 25, put down a 10 per cent deposit on a $660,000 off-the-plan house in Altona, 13km south-west of the CBD, which will be finished construction in April next year.

She was chosen as a representative for the National Youth Leadership Form in Advanced Medicine and Healthcare, Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, Md., and earned a certificate of selection for the Congress of Future Medical Leaders Award of Excellence from Mario Capecchi.
