BRANFORD On Saturday, May 15, Avant Garde Holistic Center & Boutique will present Bhakti Bliss with Sita’s Light, an evening of easy chanting and eclectic sacred music.
“Sita” Miriam Zernis, who will lead the call-and-response chanting, has gained renown for transporting groups around the world into states of tranquility. She’ll be joined by guitarist Andrew Ciarlelli, drum therapist/percussionist Lydia Smith, and acclaimed multi-instrumentalist Premik Russell Tubbs.
