In fact we have a tornado watch in effect for northern texas and a cell around amarillo. There is a funnel cloud on the ground. Warning is in effect until the top of the hour. For tonight we are looking at this risk of strong storms from lubbock, houston, austin but we also have an enhanced risk including dallas. 22 Million People at risk for severe storms and 70mileperhour wind gusts and tornadoes, twoinch hail.
