Lockheed Martin, Intel Corp., and Altera, an Intel Company, are joining hands to support the Stimulating Transition for Advanced Microelectronics Packaging (STAMP) program for the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (OUSD R&E).
